Payment Terms and Shipping Information

Payment for the items you purchase must be received within 10 days from time of purchase. For items shipped outside of the United States, I only accept PayPal payment.

We accept all major credit cards & other currencies via the PayPal Payment Gateway: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, E-check and PayPal Funds. A friendly reminder that PayPal does not require you to have an account to use their services and remit a secure payment! PayPal is convenient, safe and efficient!

I usually ship within 24 hours of receipt of PayPal payment, receipt of Money Order or Cashier Check.

I normally do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays. Any order placed on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays will be processed the next business day. For all orders sent Priority Mail, orders are estimated to arrive within three business days transit time if the order is made on a weekday before 10am. This shipping timetable is only an USPS estimation and is not guaranteed. This three day estimated time table only applies to shipments within the United States. Shipping time may be longer for orders sent either First Class Mail, Parcel Post or orders sent outside of the United States. Please allow sufficient time for international orders to arrive.

I always strive for customer satisfaction. However, some shipping delays are beyond my control such as weather and delivery errors. In order to ensure your order arrives promptly, please review all information submitted before processing orders.

The customer is subsequently responsible for shipping and handling charges in order to reship your package.

I prefer PayPal payment. PayPal payments can be made to Sorry if this is an inconvenience, but I travel between two states often and do not want to delay you receiving you're Item. I usually ship within 24 hours of receipt of PayPal payment, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.

Please contact me if you are not using PayPal and are paying by Money Order or Cashier Check.

Damage Policy

All of our items pass a rigorous inspection before shipment to insure that they are completely functional and free of any damage. Therefore any damage to the item has occurred during the shipping process. If you receive a damaged item, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving it so we can file a damage report with the shipping company and make arrangements to fix or replace your damaged item.

Returned Products
Returned items must be 100% complete, contain ALL original boxes and packing materials, contain all manuals, accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer. Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned items. I strongly recommend that you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged and you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.

All returns and exchanges must be shipped within 3 business days once I have been notified of any problems. Items will only be accepted if they are returned with all of the original packaging materials and documentation.

If any products are returned back to me and not found defective they are subject to a 30% restocking fee.

We respect your privacy and appreciate your business. At no time do we ever provide your account contact, email address or payment information to any third party vendor, associate or service provider unless absolutely necessary in order to complete your transaction and order.
